After what was a dominant opening 20 minutes for Messi and company, Inter Miami have been stunned as Orlando City lead 2-0 at half-time of the Florida Derby.
Orlando took the lead against the run of play as Marco Pašalić found the bottom-right corner.
Minutes later Martín Ojeda doubled the hosts' advantage with an first-touch, outside-of-the-boot finish after a great run from Griffin Dorsey.
Here's another angle of Ojeda's sumptuous piece of skill.
Remarkably, Inter Miami have NEVER registered a victory away to Orlando (five losses and four draws in all competitions).
Thanks to a Orlando's first-half blitz, it looks like history may be repeating itself as Messi might need to wait another week for their first win of the 2026 MLS season.
