The west Londoners' next opponent, Dorking Wanderers, find themselves third with 19 points from nine games and +9 goal difference.
Brentford cruised to a 7-1 win over Sevenoaks Town in the League Cup last time out, securing their place in the third round.
Paula Holguin stole the show with a hat-trick, Ilana Harris-Walters, Asees Sangha, Renai McCrea and Chelsie Berry each netting once.
Last time out in the league, Brentford fell to a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Saltdean United.
Saltdean’s Naomi Robinson’s first-half stoppage time goal proved to be enough as the Bees suffered their first league defeat of the season.
With six wins and a loss from their seven games, Dartford look a strong challenger for this season’s league title and subsequent promotion.
Their only defeat in the league came through a 1-0 loss to Sutton United, the only time Dartford have dropped points this season.
The Darts have been consistent challengers in this league for three-straight seasons, their last two campaigns ending in second place finishes to Dulwich Hamlet and Fulham respectively.
Leen Winner Ekwo has led the charge up front with eight goals from 10 games, Paris Smith contributing six.

They impressed last time out with a 4-0 win over Old Tiffinians, Katie Butts starring with a brace. That took Butts’ season tally to five, leading the way for South Park for the season so far.
