Former Wolves winger Matt Jarvis has urged supporters of Wolves and West Ham to stick together after both clubs were relegated, calling for unity in a bid to secure an immediate return to the Premier League. Jarvis said in a post on X.

Wolves’ drop was confirmed in late April after eight years in the top flight, and they closed the season with back-to-back draws. He said he was devastated to see two former clubs go down and that both require rebuilding over the summer.

He added there will be questions to answer around recruitment and possible changes of manager and players.

Jarvis warned the Championship is a demanding division and that next season could be tough with many sides pushing for promotion. He urged fans to stand behind their clubs and stick together.

Jarvis was part of the Wolves team relegated 14 years ago, then joined West Ham for £7.5m. He made 175 Wolves appearances and later spent three years at the Hammers. West Ham were relegated on the final day, their first drop since 2011, and Jarvis, who retired in 2021, hopes next season is more positive for both sets of supporters.
