Mauro Icardi facing problems in Argentina

Galatasaray striker Mauro Icardi is once again navigating turbulent waters off the pitch. According to the courts, he owes alimony payments to his ex.

Argentine media (AmericaTV) report that a judge has ruled Icardi must pay child support to his former partner, Wanda Nara. The Argentine forward may even have to return to his homeland in October to give an interview on the matter, despite the threat of a travel ban looming over him.

On the pitch, however, Icardi is gradually rediscovering his top form. After sustaining an injury last season in the Europa League clash against Tottenham, he has already featured in six matches for Galatasaray this campaign, netting four goals. The 32-year-old is expected to be in the starting lineup against Alanyaspor.
