Kylian Mbappé is now France’s all-time leading scorer at 27, the milestone arriving at the 2026 World Cup.
The forward struck a brace against Senegal in Les Bleus’ opening match. L'Équipe notes that he is already establishing himself as a legend of French football.
His tally stands at 58 goals from 97 caps, lifting him above Olivier Giroud on 57 and Thierry Henry on 51.
Mbappé became a world champion at 19.
He now captains France.
