Originally from Porto Alegre, Bernardo Fiusson Silveira is the strength and conditioning coach of the U-14 team. Later that same year, he was hired as the strength and conditioning coach for the U-14 team, and in 2026 he joined the U-15 staff. Bruno Cittadin | U-17

Originally from Irará, Bahia, Bruno da Costa Estrela Cittadin has lived in Florianópolis for 15 years and joined Avaí in September 2025. He works as the strength and conditioning coach for the U-17 team.

Breno Ferreira | U-20

Originally from Formosa, Goiás, Breno Ferreira Pereira has a long history with Avaí. He joined the club in 2017 as an intern, initially assisting with the U-20 team.

Over the years, Breno has worked in different roles and age groups within Avaí’s youth academy, gaining experience in areas such as performance analysis, video editing, kit management, and technical support. In 2019, he was given the opportunity to officially take over as the strength and conditioning coach for the U-12 and U-13 teams. Later, he worked with the U-14, U-15, and U-17 teams, in addition to being part of the U-23 squad and the physical preparation staff of the senior team in 2023, achieving one of his career goals. After spending time at other clubs in 2024, he returned to Avaí in February of last year.

Breno explains that strength and conditioning work begins long before the start of the season. Together with the coaching staff, he takes part in annual planning, structuring loads and training sessions according to the demands of the team’s playing model.
