According to Meu Timao, Memphis Depay will not feature for Corinthians against Internacional on Thursday, with the club judging he needs a period of physical reconditioning.
On Wednesday afternoon, the No 10 completed final medical tests and moved closer to signing a new deal. He was at Parque São Jorge and is expected to extend his stay until mid-2028.

Even without Depay, Corinthians have finished preparations for the decisive Copa do Brasil tie.
Trailing in the tie, they must win by at least two goals to force a penalty shootout.
