Timão’s day began with cardiology tests and ophthalmology and ENT evaluations, in partnership with Hospital Sírio-Libanês and CEMA Hospital, respectively. After that, the players took part in a physical activity session on the field. In the afternoon, the squad underwent strength and isometric assessments, as well as a strength workout in the gym.
