Mercato: Meschack Elia makes a fresh start at Alanyaspor

Meschack Elia will compete in the Turkish league during the 2025-2026 season. As the Turkish transfer window closes this Friday, September 12, the Congolese international (57 caps, 11 goals) has just secured a contract with Alanyaspor.

"Our club has signed a three-year contract with the Congolese international striker Elia Meschack, who last played for Young Boys," announced the ninth-placed team in the Turkish Super Lig in a statement published on their X account.

After stints with CS Don Bosco and TP Mazembe, Meschack Elia moved to Switzerland in 2020. He spent five seasons with Young Boys, including a four-month loan at FC Nantes in 2025.

He boasts an impressive record of 43 goals and 36 assists in 200 appearances for the Swiss club.
