Reda Slim's return to AS FAR Rabat is now just a matter of days away. The Moroccan winger, who struggled for minutes at Al Ahly (just 9 appearances last season), is set to rejoin his former team. The move is structured as a loan with an option to buy. The deal includes a split in salary payments between the two clubs: 45% will be paid by AS FAR Rabat (around €400,000), while the remaining €500,000 will be covered by Al Ahly.

This agreement highlights both clubs' willingness to meet the player's wishes. Notably, the contract includes a €700,000 purchase option, giving AS FAR Rabat the chance to keep Reda Slim beyond this season. Before sealing what looks to be a return to his former club, Reda Slim turned down several offers from the likes of Wydad Casablanca, RS Berkane, and ZED FC in Egypt.
