Mert Komur linked, but not on Porto’s radar

Porto are not pursuing Mert Komur, despite German reports linking the 20-year-old midfielder to the club, O Jogo understands.

The Germany youth international plays for Augsburg. Milan, Napoli and PSV have also been mentioned as monitoring his progress.

Reports in Germany had suggested Porto were tracking the player. That link has been dismissed as unfounded.

Augsburg are said to have rejected an offer of around €12 million from Besiktas in the January window.

Komur remains with Augsburg as things stand.
