Michael Halika is European masters champion in the 400m medley

After winning the silver medal in the 200m medley in the 45–49 age group, Michael Halika won the 400m medley and became European masters champion, also setting a new European Championships record.

In Šamorín, Slovakia, the FC Porto swimmer outperformed the competition, finishing the race in 4:57.38 and securing the top spot on the podium in a competition that is also taking place in Austria.
