Serie A side Milan continue to remain in the hunt for an attacking signing and haven’t given up on a move for Arsenal’s Ethan Nwaneri.
The attacker was loaned out to Marseille by the Gunners last season but things didn’t work in his favour. If anything, his development was left hindered.
Now back at Arsenal, Nwaneri finds his future uncertain again.
Daniele Longo has reported that Milan’s initial offer for the talent has already been rejected. They made an initial loan with an option to buy approach but for now, Arsenal are only interested in a permanent sale.
Their valuation for the teenager stands at €45 million, which Milan feel is currently too much. They have doubts if paying that amount outright might even be worth it or not but they continue to monitor developments around the talent.
Later in the window, the idea of signing Arsenal’s Fabio Vieira could also gain traction, as the midfielder is represented by Jorge Mendes.
