Serie A side Milan prepare for two high-profile sales amidst an imminent agreement with Massimiliano Allegri.
According to a report by La Repubblica via TMW, Milan are close to sealing an agreement with five-time Scudetto winner Massimiliano Allegri. The Italian manager is set for a return to the Rossoneri, where he won the Scudetto back in 2010-11, earning the club their first league title since 2004.
Milan’s new sporting director Igli Tare moved his focus to appointing Allegri as the new head coach after Vincenzo Italiano declined the offer to coach.
Meanwhile, the Rossoneri are hoping to offload two key players from their ranks. Midfielder Tijjani Reijnders is expected to be sold this summer as a €60 million offer could arrive from Manchester City. Goalkeeper Mike Maignan could also leave the club since his contract renewal talks have been stalled. The Frenchman has become impatient with the situation and Milan are finding clubs to sell him since they do not want to lose him for free next year.
