Milan are looking to hijack Juventus’ plans for Dusan Vlahovic, as the Rossoneri look to capitalize on the striker’s uncertain contract situation in Turin.

According to Sportmediaset, relayed by Calciomercato.com, Milan have sensed an opportunity to beat their rivals to the Serbian international. While Vlahovic’s father was recently in Turin for talks, no major breakthrough has been achieved regarding a renewal with the Bianconeri. Juventus currently plan to offer a two-year extension worth €6.5m per season plus bonuses, but Milan are reportedly ready to match or slightly exceed those figures while offering an additional year on the contract.

The financial muscle for such a move could be provided by the potential departure of Rafael Leão. With the Portuguese winger consistently linked with an exit, Milan could reinvest those significant funds to secure a marquee center-forward.

As negotiations between Vlahovic and Juventus remain at a standstill, the Rossoneri appear increasingly determined to bring the former Fiorentina man to San Siro as a statement signing for the 2026/27 campaign.
