The derby spoils were shared this afternoon at the PUMA House of Football as AC Milan’s Primavera side drew 1-1 with Inter.
Federico Guidi’s side needed a strong response and a much better performance after they were beaten 4-0 away from home against Hellas Verona last weekend.
In the end they were forced to settle for a draw against Inter, but it means that the Rossoneri maintain their unbeaten streak in the derby this year after three meetings.
In a first half in which the opposition were on top, Inter took the lead through a non-existent penalty for what the referee adjudged to be a foul by Longoni, scored by Berenbruch.
During the second half Milan fought back and levelled through Perrucci’s goal after an assist from Liberali. After the full-time, a brawl broke out between the players and coach Guidi was sent off.
It was a good point all in all for Milan, who had many absences and who consolidate fifth place in the table. As mentioned, it was certainly important to put in a far better showing than in the last game and they succeeded in doing that.
