According to O Jogo, Milan rejected a Porto proposal on Tuesday for Santiago Giménez built around a loan until the end of the season with an option to buy tied to objectives.
The offer included a €15 million purchase option that would have become obligatory if he met a set number of appearances and goals, the report said.
