Minnesota United have announced the departure of one-time talisman Emanuel Reynoso Thursday afternoon.
The Argentine will depart the midwest for Mexican side Club Tijuana for an undisclosed fee.
Off-field issues have seen Reynoso’s career at Minnesota stutter in recent months, but he was arguably one of the top attackers in the division during his time.
The 28-year-old made 95 MLS appearances, including MLS Cup Playoffs, scoring 24 goals and providing 37 assists in those fixtures.
“We would like to thank Emanuel Reynoso for his time and contributions on the field with Minnesota United,” said Minnesota United Chief Soccer Officer and Sporting Director Khaled El-Ahmad.
“The club wishes him the best in the future.”
