Liverpool’s former superstar Sadio Mane now represents Al-Nassr in the Saudi Pro League, but the Senegalese forward has found himself in hot water.
Mane made 269 appearances for Liverpool before he swapped Merseyside for Munich in 2022, but the winger only lasted a season in Germany before he was Saudi-bound.
The 32-year-old now lines up alongside the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Aymeric Laporte and has started all but one game for Al-Nassr this season.
The one game Mane didn’t start was the side’s round of 16 King’s Cup tie with Al-Taawun, although he did come on as a substitute just after the 70-minute mark.
Al-Nassr lost the match 1-0 and Mane’s reaction on the full-time whistle has not left him in good standing with the team’s fanbase.
