Mohamed-Ali Cho has left OGC Nice to join newly promoted Hull City in a €16m transfer, excluding add-ons.
According to L'Équipe, the 22-year-old forward has signed a five-year deal after an earlier move at the start of August fell through despite a completed medical.
He featured in the Coupe de France final for Nice against Lens on 22 May.
Nice had been keen to sell as the club must drastically cut costs. An offer of around €20m was lodged nearly two weeks ago.
Cho leaves after two seasons on the Côte d’Azur, registering 92 appearances, 12 goals and 13 assists.
Hull are dealing with an injury crisis and needed reinforcements. The Tigers won their opening league match against Manchester United 2-0 last weekend.
