Mohamed Salah became the most decisive player for a single Premier League club with Liverpool, reaching 277 goal involvements after assisting in Saturday's 2-0 win over Brighton.
He set up the second for Hugo Ekitike in that victory. According to L'Équipe, he shared the milestone on X on Monday.
His total comprises 239 goals and 38 assists, counted from the Premier League era beginning in 1992-1993, taking him clear of former Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney.
The Egyptian recently criticised Liverpool and Arne Slot, saying he feels someone no longer wants him at the club. He has since spoken with his coach, but he could still have played his last match for Liverpool.
Dejan Lovren, a team-mate from 2014 to 2020, reposted the stat with an ironic dig that he should also track his full-back, a nod to Jamie Carragher's criticism. The Croatian has picked his side.
