HLN are reporting that Anderlecht and Montréal Impact have agreed a deal that will see midfielder Nathan-Dylan Saliba move to Belgium. The 21-year-old is expected to sign a deal with the Mauves that will run for the next four season. If Saliba does swap Canada for Belgium, which he is very much expected to do, he will become the fourth signing for Anderlecht this summer. The side have been far more active to start the transfer window than they were this time last season, a move which ultimately cost Brian Riemer his job as head coach.
Saliba is a full Canadian international with a handful of caps to his name. He came through the youth system at Montréal and made his debut for the side during the 2023 season. He has played 78 games for the side, scoring twice, with 18 of those appearances this season already. It is not yet clear how much Anderlecht are paying to bring him over from the MLS.
