Morning training with a match against Académica de Coimbra | OneFootball

FC Porto B returned, on Saturday morning, to the mini stadium at the Jorge Costa CTFD to hold a training session with a match against Académica de Coimbra, in what was their third warm-up test for the 2026/27 season.

João Brandão fielded the following players: Gonçalo Ribeiro and Diogo Fernandes (goalkeepers); Kaio Henrique, Yoan Pereira, Martim Chelmik, António Ribeiro, Gabriel Brás, Tiago Ferreira, Felipe Silva, Martim Cunha and Dinis Rodrigues (defenders); Rayan Demirci, João Brito, Eirik Granaas, Francisco Fernandes, Mateus Mide and Kauê (midfielders); Domingos Muxito, Gustavo Guerra, Tiago Andrade, Cardoso Varela, Eduardo Ferreira, Anha Candé and Tcherno Jamanca (forwards).

Domingos Muxito scored the Dragons’ only goal in a match that ended in a 1-3 defeat.

Martim Chelmik was given the all-clear by the medical department and trained without limitations. André Oliveira (treatment and gym), Brayan Caicedo (treatment and gym), Gonçalo Sousa (load management), Trafim Melnichenka (modified training) and Mame Niang (load management) remain on the medical report.

The B team return to work on Monday, this time in Quiaios, Figueira da Foz, where they will hold a training camp until next Sunday, 1 August.
