Morocco targets a historic milestone during this October international break
Morocco /@Ouest France
Morocco is on the verge of writing a new chapter in world football history during this October international break.
Exempt from matchday 9 of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers, the North African side will take on Bahrain in a friendly this Thursday.
A potential win would allow them to equal the record for consecutive victories (15), held by Spain since 1998.
Another win, on Tuesday, October 14, against Congo in the 10th round of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers, would mean a brand new world record.
Such an outstanding run confirms the excellent health of Moroccan football, which is fast becoming a global benchmark.
