Mostafa Mohamed should join Konyaspor in one million euro move

Mostafa Mohamed should join Konyaspor in Türkiye in a transfer worth about one million euros, according to L'Équipe.

He joined Nantes in 2022 from Galatasaray on loan with an option to buy. The clause was triggered in June 2023 for six million euros.

Mohamed went on to play 136 matches for Nantes, scoring 29 goals and providing eight assists.

He had one year left on his contract. Early in pre-season the 28-year-old centre-forward skipped the return to training after missing the World Cup.

He was fined, reappeared in the second half of July, and remained apart from the first-team group, available to the reserves.
