Germany kicked off their Euro 2020 campaign with a spectacular 4-0 win against France on Friday.
And our Man of the Match was …
Germany were in inspired form on Wednesday but nobody looked better than Gnabry.
Playing up front alongside Timo Werner, the 25-year-old was a nuisance throughout. He set Germany on their way with an early opener, some smart movement buying him a yard of space before he poked home.
From there it was plain sailing for Germany and Gnabry looked alive every time the ball reached the final third, striking the post before assisting the second with an unselfish ball into Timo Werner.
If the Bayern Munich winger can keep this up he’ll give plenty of defenders nightmares before the summer is over.
