PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad and Tobago – The 2025 Concacaf Caribbean Cup continued with Mount Pleasant FA earning a 2-nil win over Central FC in Group A on Tuesday at Hasely Crawford Stadium in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.

The victory helped the Jamaican club secure a top two finish in the group to advance to the Semifinals.

After a scoreless first half, Raheem Edwards opened the scoring in the 51’ as he made a run into the box and smashed a strong shot off a pass from Alex Marshall.

Chevaughn Walsh buried the dagger in the 90’, pouncing on a rebound to close out the victory.

Goalkeeper Tafari Chambers collected his third consecutive clean sheet.

Mount Pleasant FA will conclude its Group Stage participation against Universidad O&M FC next Tuesday.

Central FC exits the tournament with four points through four matches.
