The remaining last-16 fixtures at Africa Cup of Nations will be finalised with the conclusion of Group F on New Year’s Eve. Nigeria will be among the nations to find out their first AFCON knockout-stage opponents after they cruised through as Group C winners with three straight wins.

The Super Eagles will play the third-place finishers from Group F and that is likely to be either Cameroon or Mozambique, who play each other in a crunch clash in Agadir. Mozambique are currently third in Group F after beating Gabon 3-2 on Sunday, one point behind Cameroon and Ivory Coast. Ivory Coast face already-eliminated Gabon in the other match on what could be a dramatic final night of group-stage fixtures.

Knockout-stage fixtures begin on January 3, with Nigeria playing the third-place team in Group F on January 5 in Fez. Cameroon or Mozambique hope to be there but first they face a huge night in Agadir. Follow the game LIVE below with our dedicated match blog.
