West Ham United beat Wolverhampton Wanderers 4-2 at London Stadium on Tuesday to climb from 16th to 11th in the Championship.

In the 33rd minute, Divine Mukasa drilled a shot from outside the box into the top right after a lay-off from Arne Engels.

Joel Piroe won a penalty after André's foul (40.). Jarrod Bowen converted from the spot into the bottom left (42.).

Marshall Munetsi replied with a low strike from distance into the bottom right (44.).

After the restart, Mukasa added a second with a left-footed finish from the right of the area, set up by Bowen (53.).

Konstantinos Mavropanos lashed in following a corner (64.). Moments later, the defender turned into his own net to hand Wolves hope (69.).

Early on, Mads Hermansen had set the tone for the Hammers with a low save to deny Fer López.

Wolves enjoyed more of the ball and tallied 17 attempts, but worked the keeper only three times. The Hammers mustered 12 attempts and hit the target six times.

Next, the Hammers host Derby in the Championship. Wolves visit Birmingham in the same competition.
