Mural of Barcelona star unveiled in the city | OneFootball

A mural of Barcelona star Lamine Yamal has on Saturday been unveiled in Catalunya’s capital.

This comes ahead of the young winger celebrating his 18th birthday in less than 24 hours’ time.

Wide-man Lamine is of course already considered something of an icon amongst those of a Barcelona persuasion.

Despite his tender years, the Spanish international is one of the first names on the Blaugrana team sheet, fresh off a spectacular campaign in 2024/25.

Ahead of something of a milestone occasion for Lamine on Sunday, a classy tribute has in turn been paid to the attacker in his home city.

As much is showcased below, in the form of a remarkably detailed mural of Lamine in a superhero outfit, accompanied by the caption:

‘When the will is strong, obstacles are small.’

The painting was completed by talented artist ‘TVBOY’ on ‘X’, and is situated in the Gràcia neighbourhood of Barcelona.
