Real Madrid stalwart Nacho has confirmed that he will be staying with the club for another year.
The defender’s future at the Santiago Bernabéu appeared uncertain as his contract is set to end this summer.

But Nacho revealed on Sunday that he will extend his association with Los Blancos to a 15th consecutive year.
“I’ve decided to stay at Real Madrid,” Nacho told Spanish TV station La1.
“There are offers as always but I want to stay one more year.
“I’m so happy about it.”
Nacho remained a virtual ever-present for Carlo Ancelotti’s side last season with 44 appearances in all competitions and is now set to captain the club following Karim Benzema’s departure.
