Italian giants Napoli have made a move to sign Gabriel Jesus from Arsenal.

Transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Napoli have officially established contact with Gabriel Jesus’ camp regarding a potential transfer.

According to Romano, initial discussions have commenced between the Italian outfit and the player’s representatives to test the waters for a summer move.

A key element in the negotiations is that Jesus has recently switched agencies and is now represented by the exact same agency as new Napoli head coach Massimiliano Allegri, creating a direct line of rapport between the manager and the player.

However, securing his signature will require navigating a strict mandate from North London. Arsenal have maintained a clear stance throughout early inquiries, insisting that a permanent transfer is the only acceptable avenue for the forward to leave the club.
