Napoli exec Giovanni Manna stated that they could tweak their frontline in January, and a potential new signing will hinge on the future of Lorenzo Lucca. Lukaku has been out for so long that it’ll be tough to ask much from him for at least a couple of months. Antonio Conte has been remarkably versatile tactically, but settling on a scheme would better inform their strategy. Their current one won’t stick once Frank Anguissa is healthy, and a more crowded midfield would lessen the need for a new forward, unless Lucca really exits.
