After Inter's win earlier in the day over Udinese, Antonio Conte and Napoli knew they needed to defeat Milan.
And they have made a brilliant start, scoring after 62 seconds.
Matteo Politani was the scorer, latching onto Giovanni Di Lorenzo's ball from the right, and holding off Milan defenders to fire past Mike Maignan, and send the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium wild.
It isn't the first time they've scored very early against the Rossoneri, but it is only the second, coming 70 years to the month from the last time they stunned the Northern giants.
Can they now build on it and keep the pressure on Inter in the title race?
