Nasser Al-Khelaifi struck a cautious tone on Manchester City’s situation at the 33rd General Assembly of the Association européenne des clubs, EFC, in Copenhagen.
According to L'Équipe, the PSG and EFC president said he was not in a position to judge following the Premier League’s statement on financial breaches committed by the club between 2009 and 2018.
