FC Bayern are already keeping their eyes and ears open on the transfer market. An attacking player from Hoffenheim is increasingly coming into focus. Fisnik Asllani could become an exciting personnel issue next summer. Now it also seems clear how expensive a transfer would be.

According to Sky, Asllani has a release clause of 25 to 29 million euros. The 23-year-old is not only on the radar of FC Bayern, but also Borussia Dortmund and clubs from Spain and France. According to the report, a decision on his future could be made in the first few months of the new year.

It had previously been reported that Munich and BVB were in early discussions regarding the attacking player, while Bild also reported that Dortmund were already a little further along in the recruitment process and were looking more closely at a potential transfer.

Bayern’s sporting director Christoph Freund publicly praised the young attacker to Sky: „A good player, scores a lot of goals, a clever lad who has developed very well. He has already been loaned out several times and is making very, very good progress.“ Nevertheless, Freund made it clear: „I think he is a good, interesting young player who many are now talking about. There are some guys who are developing well. But as I said, we are currently very satisfied with what we have and how we are set up.“

Asllani has come to the fore this season with six goals and three assists in 14 competitive games at Hoffenheim. The attacker, who returned after loan spells at Elversberg among others, is likely to be looking for a new career move in the summer. Even if Bayern are not currently looking for an immediate solution, the technically strong striker could play a role behind Harry Kane.

The financially moderate clause makes the Kosovan international even more interesting. In Dortmund in particular, Asllani is seen as a possible successor to Serhou Guirassy should the latter leave the club. At the record champions, however, his involvement would probably be limited to a backup role behind Kane for the time being – but the interest remains.
