United's second-string were due to face their Portuguese counterparts in their final Group C game at Whitley Park on Tuesday, 13th January, with kick-off set for 7pm (GMT).
However, the game has been moved forward and will now take place at 1pm (GMT), with the date and venue remaining the same.

Newcastle's youngsters were eliminated from the competition's group stages with a game to spare after accruing one point following a goalless draw against Real Sociedad in their opening group fixture before suffering respective defeats against Paris Saint-Germain and Dinamo Zagreb.
