An update has emerged concerning a Rangers bid for Brighton's Amario Cozier-Duberry and it will alert both Bolton Wanderers and West Ham United...
Bolton Wanderers and West Ham United will be keeping eyes on the situation surrounding Brighton & Hove Albion winger Amario Cozier-Duberry and Rangers.
Bolton Wanderers enjoyed the winger's loan spell last term in League One, with Amario Cozier-Duberry scoring 10 and assisting 13 in 41 matches to help his loan side gain promotion back to the Championship to face the likes of recently relegated West Ham United.
With just over two weeks of the window remaining, both clubs will be eyeing reinforcements. Following such an excellent campaign in the third tier, there is plenty of interest in Cozier-Duberry, with the 21-year-old being eyed by sides in the second tier.

Cozier-Duberry has had interest from Anderlecht, but it's been reported by The Athletic that Brighton have turned down an offer worth £5 million for the wide forward previously.
It's a difficult move for Bolton to try and re-sign Cozier-Duberry this summer, even if Steven Shumacher is desperate to have the Brighton winger back for 2026/27 in some capacity.
The 21-year-old was linked with a move to West Ham earlier this summer, but a move has not materialised. Now, it appears both clubs are in the race but there are others joining the mix ahead of the deadline.
Fabrizio Romano reports Brighton have rejected a second bid from Scottish giants Rangers of around £7 million for Cozier-Duberry. He adds that there are more clubs keen on the player, with discussions set to follow in the next few days.

Such was the quality of his League One campaign, Sheffield United were also urged to sign Cozier-Duberry this season. His pace, close control, and willingness to take defenders on make him an extremely dangerous wide attacker, while his improved end product was evident during the excellent League One season with Bolton.
After previously finding life in the Championship difficult with Blackburn Rovers, another second-tier loan now looks like the obvious next step. He is older, more mature, and considerably more experienced than he was then, while his confidence has been transformed by a season in which he made the League One Team of the Season.
A stronger, more confident Cozier-Duberry should therefore be capable of making a far greater impact in the Championship this time around. He could also be worth a lot more to Brighton if he proves his class at this level for a year, which is why a loan perhaps makes sense.

Many supporters of both Bolton and West Ham have taken to social media to react to the latest update concerning Cozier-Duberry.
