New season-ticket status to celebrate long-term fans | OneFootball

From this season, any fan who has had a Paris Saint-Germain season ticket for 40 years or more will be classed as an "Abonné historique".

Over the last few months, Paris Saint-Germain have contacted 8,365 of their longest-standing season-ticket holders to confirm the date of their first visit to the Parc des Princes.

The club has 79 fans who are going into at least their 40th season as a season-ticket holder. They'll be presented to the crowd at a home game and will have the chance to do a lap of honour as well as receive an award to mark the achievement.

This celebration will be repeated every season for those fans who reach the milestone. Thanks to their status, the Abonnés Historiques (Historical Season-Ticket Holders) will be regularly put in the spotlight, be able to benefit from certain unique experiences and have priority access to certain events organised by the club.

To mark the launch of the initiative, the club has shone the spotlight on four of them in a short video. They are born and raised in Paris and have seen everything at the Parc des Princes. Nicole, Laurent, Xavier and Frédéric are great examples of the passion and love for Paris Saint-Germain that passes from generation to generation.
