PSG could be looking to revamp its midfield for the future. While Vitinha and João Neves aren’t going anywhere, there are rumors that Warren Zaïre-Emery might not be happy with his role, and Fabián Ruiz will turn 30 near the end of this season.

As a result, could the midfield begin to look different for next season? The Parisians aren’t afraid to make tough decisions, as they showed with Gianluigi Donnarumma. The Ligue 1 side could be looking to stay one step ahead to ensure they aren’t caught off guard in player situations.

TuttoJuve reports that Juventus and PSG are gearing up to make a move for Sandro Tonali.

Furthermore, the outlet highlighted that PSG have made what’s being described as a “surprise offer” for the Italian midfielder, with last season’s Ligue 1 and Champions League winners viewing him as “a perfect fit” for Luis Enrique’s system.

The report also mentions that PSG remain determined to pursue Tonali and have no plans to back down, even with Juventus also pushing to secure his signature.

Nonetheless, The i Paper has recently revealed that Tonali and his representatives appreciate the support that Newcastle gave him when he was out of football, which suggests that the midfielder will not actively look to leave St James’ Park anytime soon.
