Newcastle table offer for Osasuna star | OneFootball

La Liga outfit Osasuna have received an official offer for attacker Víctor Muñoz, from Premier League side Newcastle United.

This comes amid a concerted push on the part of the Magpies to bring the Spanish starlet to St. James’ Park for the 2026/27 campaign.

Winger Muñoz is for his part fresh off something of a breakout campaign. After being snapped up in a permanent deal from Real Madrid by the aforementioned Osasuna, the 22-year-old went on to light up the La Liga landscape.

All told, across 36 appearances between league and cup, Muñoz racked up 12 direct goal contributions from his berth on the left flank.

And along the way, the youngster evidently did enough to turn the heads of those in a position of power at the aforemetioned Newcastle…

As per a report from transfer market expert Fabrizio Romano:

‘Newcastle have sent an official bid to Osasuna for Victor Muñoz as Spanish winger is a top target for Newcastle. Negotiations ongoing on both club and player side to try to reach an agreement.’
