The first important personnel decisions for the future are gradually being made at FC Bayern. A number of young players have been extended and now something is happening in a coaching position

There will be a few more changes throughout the club. Coaches in the youth and amateur divisions will change and look for a new job. That is the natural course of things

It is now clear that one coach will be leaving Bayern in the summer: Peter Gaydarov. The 34-year-old coach has held various positions at youth level – as head coach of the U16s, assistant coach of the U19s and head coach of the U17s. Over the past two seasons, he has been in charge of the U19s and accompanied numerous talented players on their way to professional soccer

He will now devote himself to a new sporting challenge. FC Bayern was satisfied with his work, but he would like to take a new path and possibly also take on more responsibility. It is not yet clear exactly where he will be drawn to and what role he will take on there

„Peter has enriched our youth development work with great commitment and high professional quality. At FC Bayern, we not only develop players, but also coaches – Peter’s path is a good example of this,“ Jochen Sauer, responsible for the organization of the youth development department, is quoted as saying

Gaydarov himself also spoke out in the record champions‘ press release: „My time at the FC Bayern Campus was an exceptionally enjoyable and formative time for me, both on a sporting and personal level. I am grateful for the trust and cooperation with all those responsible, colleagues and players with whom I have been able to develop steadily over the past five years. It is all the more wonderful that we have qualified for the final round. Now we want to reward ourselves together for the hard work of the past few months and finish the season even more successfully.“
