Neymar has not been charged by the STJD Prosecutor's Office after the fracas that followed Santos' 1-0 win away to Remo at the Mangueirão on Tuesday in the Copa do Brasil.

According to Diario Do Peixe, after reviewing images of the incident the authority chose not to include the No 10 among those cited.

Remo received three complaints. Centre-back Marllon, football supervisor Diego Ziegg and the club itself will be tried by the STJD.

The complaints were filed on Thursday, with the hearing set for Friday at 10:00.

Tensions rose in the tunnel and mixed zone after a result that sealed Santos' place in the quarter-finals.

Reports examined by prosecutors say Remo staff and officials directed insults at Neymar, who had provided an assist, prompting him to approach the barrier. He danced, shouted that Remo were eliminated, and taunted that this was Santos.

The incident was not noted by referee Anderson Daronco in his report. A possible charge under CBJD article 258, carrying a one to six match suspension, was considered before the complaints were filed.

Marllon faces article 250, §1º, I, for hostility or unsporting conduct. Diego Ziegg is cited under article 258, §2º, II, for conduct contrary to sporting discipline. Remo are charged under article 213, I, for failing to prevent or suppress disorder.
