Nice host Lens in Ligue 1 on Saturday, 2 May 2026 in Nice, with the visitors defending second place and the hosts trying to stay clear of the relegation play-off.
Lens are second and won the reverse fixture 2-0 in December. Nice are 15th and aiming to put daylight between themselves and the relegation play-off.
Les Aiglons have drawn their last three league games after two defeats, including a 1-1 at Marseille. Lens have three wins in their last five across all competitions, rounding that run off with a 3-3 at Brest.
For selection, Lens are without Arthur Masuaku through suspension and have injuries to Regis Gurtner and Jonathan Gradit. Les Aiglons miss Mohamed Abdelmonem and Everton Pereira da Silva.
Lens have scored 60 league goals and conceded 32, with strong supply from Adrien Thomasson and Matthieu Udol, who rank among the division's leading providers with eight and seven assists respectively. Their 11 headed goals underline a crossing threat that could test a Les Aiglons defence which has conceded 57 times and kept only five clean sheets. For punch at the other end, Sofiane Diop leads the hosts' league scoring with seven.
A win would move Lens to 66 points and further cement a Champions League spot. Three points for Les Aiglons would take them to 33 and push them further from the relegation play-off, easing survival pressure.
