Nice winger Badredine Bouanani (20) will join Bundesliga side Stuttgart in a €20m move, according to L’Equipe. The Algerian international has been allowed by Le Gym to fly out to Germany to undergo a medical with Die Schwaben. The 20-year-old is the latest key player from Franck Haise’s side to leave during this summer transfer window. Les Aiglons already parted ways with Marcin Bulka, Pablo Rosario, Gaëtan Laborde and Evann Guessand.

Bouanani joined OGC Nice from formative club Lille OSC in 2022. He logged five goals and seven assists in 70 games played in all competitions for the Riviera side, and was tied to the Ligue 1 side with a contract set to expire in 2029. Bouanani is set to sign a five-year deal with VfB Stuttgart. The Bundesliga side is flush with fresh cash after selling Nick Woltemade to Newcastle United in a €85m deal. Nice play Le Havre away on Sunday.
