Nick Woltemade joins Juventus on season-long loan | OneFootball

Nick Woltemade has completed a season-long loan move from Newcastle to Juventus, with the German forward set to spend the 2026/27 campaign in Serie A.

The 24-year-old joined Newcastle from VfB Stuttgart for a club-record £69 million last summer and has made 53 appearances for the Magpies, scoring 11 goals and providing six assists.

Woltemade featured from the bench in Newcastle’s 2-0 Premier League win away to Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday before sealing his deadline-day switch to Turin.

Juventus will pay Newcastle £3.5m for the loan, with no option or obligation to make the move permanent.

The German international will now work under Luciano Spalletti at Juventus, who have made a perfect start to the Serie A season, winning both of their opening matches.

Woltemade enjoyed an impressive spell at Stuttgart before joining Newcastle, scoring 18 goals in 36 appearances and helping the club win the German Cup.
