Nicolas Jackson ‘to be left out’ of Bayern squad for RB Leipzig DFB-Pokal quarter-final

According to TZ, Nicolas Jackson will not be included in Bayern Munich’s squad for Wednesday’s DFB-Pokal quarter-final against RB Leipzig.

With the entire squad fit, Vincent Kompany must again leave out a senior player, having omitted Kim Minjae for Sunday’s 5-1 win over Hoffenheim.

The 24-year-old Senegalese striker joined on loan from Chelsea last summer and has mostly featured from the bench.

He has made 21 appearances in all competitions, with seven starts, and has scored five goals.

The tie at the Allianz Arena kicks off at 20:45 CET.
