Santos have 14 players out on loan, with nine tied to longer contracts with the club. According to Diario Do Peixe, as Série B and Série C resume after the break, many are chasing minutes to press their case for a return.

Centre-back Alexis Duarte has yet to play as he recovers from an ACL injury. He is not treating at Libertad, instead using Santos’ medical department at the CT Rei Pelé.

At Confiança-SE, goalkeeper João Fernandes has not been named in matchday squads, while forward Andrey has featured. His Santos deal is due to expire at the same time as his loan.

Defender Luisão is playing for Goiás. Full-backs Hayner at Vila Nova, Nathan at Juventude and Chermont at Coritiba have mostly been on the bench, stepping in occasionally. Kevyson features regularly for Ponte Preta, and has posted protests over unpaid wages.

In midfield, Patrick starts for Remo, Hyan is a substitute at Avaí and Bernardo has rarely made Amazonas’ squads. In attack, Tiquinho faces uncertainty at Mirassol, Enzo Monteiro is being used in K League Two and Felipe Laurindo is an option in Série D with Cianorte.

Four loans align with expiring Santos contracts at year end, Hayner, Nathan, Patrick and Andrey, while Laurindo’s deal ends earlier on 30 November.
