Orlando Pirates captain Nkosinathi Sibisi has highlighted the main factor that sets Abdeslam Ouaddou's team apart from previous Bucs' squads.
The Soweto giants have already clinched the MTN8 title and the Carling Knockout Cup, en route to becoming the first-ever League Cup winners to beat the Carling All-Stars team last month.
Furthermore, Pirates currently sit third on the Betway Premiership table with 29 points and two games in hand over log leaders Mamelodi Sundowns and second-placed Kaizer Chiefs.
When quizzed on what makes Ouaddou's Pirates different, amid huge belief that the elusive league title can return to Orlando for the first time since the 2011/12 campaign, Sibisi cited squad depth.
“I think this season we have depth and it's there for everyone to see, whether I'm there or not there, someone is there to take over and do the job,” said the Pirates skipper.
"So, I think that's our main strength in this season and it has shown with the number of goal contributions coming from everywhere - from defenders, from wingers and from our strikers.
"That's an important factor if you want to challenge for a league [title] because I think when goals are coming from everywhere, we are able to keep clean sheets then we have to say we have a chance.
Pirates return to action with a clash against bottom-placed Magesi FC at the newly renamed Orlando Amstel Arena on Saturday, following a goalless draw with Sekhukhune United at the weekend.
