With the international break in full swing, it’s desperate times for those of us looking for fresh Chelsea content. Thankfully the club’s official website put up a quick Q and A with Cole Palmer for us to look at. However, it’s not exactly a long read, or very insightful.

The funny thing is reading his answers and imagining him delivering them in his trademark deadpan way.

His response to “who is the first player out to training?” was “we all go out together, so all of us.”

To be fair, that’s about the most boring question imaginable, so we’re not surprised it got a boring answer.

Palmer gives interviewer little to go on

But Palmer outdoes himself later on.

“What do you do to pass the time on away trips? Nothing really, I’m just on my phone.”

Fascinating.

The last thing he does before walking out of the dressing room on a matchday?

“No idea. Probably have a drink or something.”

Electric.

This next round of fixtures can’t come soon enough…

In other news…

Moises Caicedo did the same interview, and he spoke about what had surprised him most since coming to Chelsea, with a really interesting answer.

The international break could see the likes of Caicedo playing two games, which is just the last thing we need right now.
